- Semi-automatic or fully automatic operation.
- High balancing accuracy with fast balancing cycle time, ensuring by hard-bearing principle
- AC driven/DC driven rotors with or without gear transmission with or without variable frequency drive.
- Belt drive is advantageous as compared to end drive as no adapters are needed to balance different rotors.
- Integrated correction system like dynamic balancing, milling and weight addition by welding etc.
- Machine provided with master rotor and weight for inhouse calibration as per ISO/SAI/ARP standards.
- Balancing machine bed extension or separate bed. GAP bed can be provided for accommodating larger diameter rotors.
- The balancing of rotors at desired speed can be done by selecting suitable size of motor pulley and driven diameter of rotor.
- A more accurate balancing can be achieved as errors due to adapter run out are eliminated. However, where starting torque is high, we need an end drive machine.
