Vibratory bowl feeder is a mechanical machine that uses vibrations to bring into line and feed small components or parts in production lines. Vibratory Bowl feeders depend on the mechanical behaviour of a portion, that when it’s lightly shaken down a conveyor chute that is formed to fit the part, they will gradually be shaken so that they are all connected. The internal vibrations are formed by the use of electromagnets by which it changes electromagnetically produced vibrations into mechanical vibrations. The mechanical vibrations are applied and then moved to the bowl feeder’s transmission track, where it transfers the components along the track of the bowl feeder to feed them into the production line. The vibrations transfer the parts or components from the bowl feeder onto the bowl conveying tracks for production.
