Spot Welding Machines

Spot welding is a form of electric resistance welding that utilises resistance to weld two or more metal sheets together by means of pressure and heat applied to the weld part. It does not use any metal electrode, arc and electrode holder for its working, as it only works on the pressure and the electricity.

  • Firstly, the parts are locally heated.
  • Then, the material between the electrodes yields and is pressed together.
  • This pressure can be applied manually, pneumatically, by springs or through hydraulics.

Seam Welding Machine

Seam welding is a form of resistance welding method in which the two similar or dissimilar metals or metal alloys are linked by supplying an electric current and by which a nugget (molten metal part) is created.

  • Work piece is fixed, the welding torch pneumatic moving up and down, and the seam is flat.
  • Machine control is PLC, AC variable frequency speed regulation, guarantees the equipment reliability.

Projection Welding Machine

Projection welding is used for welding several projections on the workpiece which can be round dimples, circular, rib type, extended corners, or elongated ridges of weld nuts. Projection welding is a type of resistance welding which utilises pressure

  • Ergonomic compact designs.
  • Pre-set weld programs for multiple operations.
  • Digital, Micro-controller-based controls.

Orbital Welding Machine

Orbital Welding is an automated welding of tube and pipes in which a torch or tungsten rotates around in an orbital way in the tube/pipe whereas the pipe remains stationary. It is a specialised type of welding where the arc rotates 360° around the in-place

  • DC Motor with Encoder.
  • Simple & Rugged Design.
  • Welding on Actual Position.
  • Quick Change Collets Systems.
  • Totally Enclosed Water-Cooled Weld Heads.

Friction Welding Machine

Friction welding is a solid stage welding, in which two similar or dissimilar materials are made to rub each other to create adequate heat at the edge and when the contamination at the edge are eliminated as flash, ending the relative motion of jobs and applying a forge welding force creating a strong metallic bond between the materials.
